How and where you can design your own shoes... Talking about Shoes of Prey!

Hello girls!
Do we have any shoe lovers here?? ;-)
In this post and in the comming one, I'm going to talk about Shoes of Prey! The company that makes your own shoe design!

I don't know if you've heard about Shoes of Prey or not... But Shoes of Prey was founded by Michael Fox, Mike Knapp and Jodie Fox in Sydney in 2009. I heard about them a few years ago. I belive it was in 2009 or 2010. At that time the youtuber Michelle Phan uploaded a video about how she designed her own shoes and showed us the finish product. And since that time, I saved their webbsite. I can't find Michelle Phans video anymore though. I really liked the idea of designing your own shoes, and not just that, they're handmade! I keept checking their site from time to time, and I realized how they improved and they keep adding new choices.

Here's an introduction video to Shoes of Prey so you can understand a bit more of how it actually works!

So that was a bit about Shoes of Prey and how you can design your shoes. Now here's another video that shows how they make your shoes!

I think you've understood how awesome Shoes of Prey is now after watching these two videos. Actually, even if you don't want to buy shoes, it's just fun playing around on their webbsite making lots of shoe designs! LOL it really is, I promise!
Here are some of the shoes that I designed on their webbsite~

Did you like them? I personlly LOVE them! Of course, you can get inspired by them to make your own shoes! And you can ask me which material I've used on one of the designs if you would like to use the same.

On my next post there's going to be a review about my own experience ordering from Shoes of Prey, and I'll show you my new shoes that I designed!
See you next time!

Please don't use or repost anything from my blog/Instagram without asking me or giving me credits.
Thank you~

Cute gift idea for a little fashion lover!

Hello girls! Hope everyone's having good days and that the summer is here soon (because it's still cold here >_< )! I know, I know... I've been really bad in updating my blog even though I have tons of ideas in my head that I really want to post. I will try to post at least once a week, I hope it will work! Today I'm going to give you a gift idea for a little fashion and design lover! If you know someone young that have a dream to become a fashion designer or that you think would like to draw fashion just for fun, this gift would be super good! So the gift I'm talking about is actually a book named "Drawing Fashion" by Hilary Lovell. I bought this book a few years ago before I started my fashion design studies. And even thought it's a book for younger ages, I loved it! Because I really, REALLY love fashion, it was a very happy moment for me getting this book. I bought it here in Sweden, so I have the swedish version. Honest...

New post in a new place~

Hello guuuys!! It's a new month, a new week and a new day!! And here is Sara with new energy in a new country! I'm actually back in Sweden! Yeay!! \(^o^)/ If you've read my earlier posts, you'll know that Sweden is my home country as I'm born and grown up here. So that's why I was happy to be back here now as well as because I LOVE traveling, and also because I would like to give birth to my child here in Sweden. So this is my first post from Sweden since I've been living abroad for a time now~ Actually I've been here for about a month now already, I came at the start of September and it's already October now. Time pass so fast... Anyway... I know I've been really bad with updating this blog and I'm so so sorry for that! I hope you're not getting bored and that you still have patience with me~ I will try my best to have more time for my blog. Ps. There will be an upc...

The Fashion World! What kind of fashion designer would I like to be?

Hello girls! =) I'm working on with the second lecture, but I'm going to talk a little bit about the things we learned and talked about in the first lecture, The fashion world! ^~^ Actually, before we started with any lecture and before we learned anything, we had to send in an assignment where we chose a picture of a design and then described what kind of model it was, what texture was used, what color the design is of etc... out of self-taught knowledge, just so the teacher can see how much you know and so on. But I think I was TOO careful and picky when I was searching for a picture to analyze, that it took longer time than writing the analyze itself :p This is the picture that I chose for my first assignment, the analyze~ Now to the first lecture!! --------->> The first lecture was really interesting and made me determined about my goals! My goals was almost the same before this lecture, but it became more clear. It was about the two types of fashion desi...
