My own Shoe Design x Shoes of Prey ~Review~

Hello shoe lovers! Yes, it's about shoes again! And this time you can finally see my design that I did and bought from shoesofprey.com Even though I loved my high heel designs I chose to order ballet flats instead, so I can wear it daily. I was really excited to finally order from shoes of prey for the first time.                 I loved the package and the things they included in it. Look how beautiful it looks! When you open it, the first thing you se is a letter to you. On the letter it's written what they have included in your package as well as who you can contact if you're not pleased with your design results. There's also a picture of your design. You can't see it clearly here, but the red stamp on the letter is a wax stamp with a shoe on <33 Other things that's included is a shoebag and a smaller bag with some inserts.       Here ...

How and where you can design your own shoes... Talking about Shoes of Prey!

Hello girls! Do we have any shoe lovers here?? ;-) In this post and in the comming one, I'm going to talk about Shoes of Prey !  The company that makes your own shoe design! I don't know if you've heard about Shoes of Prey or not.. . But Shoes of Prey was founded by Michael Fox, Mike Knapp and Jodie Fox in Sydney in 2009.  I heard about them a few years ago. I belive it was in 2009 or 2010. At that time the youtuber Michelle Phan uploaded a video about how she designed her own shoes and showed us the finish product. And since that time, I saved their webbsite. I can't find Michelle Phans video anymore though. I really liked the idea of designing your own shoes, and not just that, they're handmade! I keept checking their site from time to time, and I realized how they improved and they keep adding new choices. Here's an introduction video to Shoes of Prey so you can understand a bit more of how it actually works! So that was a bit about Shoes ...

Cute gift idea for a little fashion lover!

Hello girls! Hope everyone's having good days and that the summer is here soon (because it's still cold here >_< )! I know, I know... I've been really bad in updating my blog even though I have tons of ideas in my head that I really want to post. I will try to post at least once a week, I hope it will work! Today I'm going to give you a gift idea for a little fashion and design lover! If you know someone young that have a dream to become a fashion designer or that you think would like to draw fashion just for fun, this gift would be super good! So the gift I'm talking about is actually a book named "Drawing Fashion" by Hilary Lovell. I bought this book a few years ago before I started my fashion design studies. And even thought it's a book for younger ages, I loved it! Because I really, REALLY love fashion, it was a very happy moment for me getting this book. I bought it here in Sweden, so I have the swedish version. Honest...

What does this mark on your cosmetics mean?!

Here comes a fact that I'm not really sure if everyone knows. I actually got to know this fact around two years ago. And when I got to know that, it was already too late for some of my products. So that's why I'm talking about it now, because even if you may know it someone else might not! So this mark shows a little box that's opened and then there's always a number and the letter "M" written on the box (like the one in the picture). Even though it looks so clear I never thought about it's meaning! Can you guess what it means? Yes, it actually shows you how much months you can use it AFTER that you've opened it~ So it means; "You can use it for «x» months" from the day you open it, depending on which number that's written. I noticed that a mascara for example would dry and stiffen if it pass the time that's written. And when it comes to skin care products they might become "looser" i...

Finally! My Diploma in Fashion Design!!!

Hello Dreamers!!! I'm here again before the year ends! I want to talk about the 9:th August, the day when I got my diploma in fashion design~ I've wanted to talk about it already from the day I got them but I never got the time. I was really happy that day, and I think anyone would have been in my place... Reaching one of your dreams is always something you should be proud of. But that doesn't mean that you can just stay there on the spot and not do anything more~ You have to always keep fhiting forward! Becomming better and better should be your real goal! As the day came, the 9:th August, I went to a café where I and the owner of Style Academy (who also was my teacher) planned to meet. It was a really hot and sunny summer day... Of course, they usually send the diploma home to you, but I asked if it's okay to meet in person instead. Why I wanted to do that was because I studied online and only saw her online. She's really kind and I think she has a go...

New post in a new place~

Hello guuuys!! It's a new month, a new week and a new day!! And here is Sara with new energy in a new country! I'm actually back in Sweden! Yeay!! \(^o^)/ If you've read my earlier posts, you'll know that Sweden is my home country as I'm born and grown up here. So that's why I was happy to be back here now as well as because I LOVE traveling, and also because I would like to give birth to my child here in Sweden. So this is my first post from Sweden since I've been living abroad for a time now~ Actually I've been here for about a month now already, I came at the start of September and it's already October now. Time pass so fast... Anyway... I know I've been really bad with updating this blog and I'm so so sorry for that! I hope you're not getting bored and that you still have patience with me~ I will try my best to have more time for my blog. Ps. There will be an upc...

I'M FINALLY BACK!!!! ^^

Hellooooo guys!! I know it's been a really really long time... Let's say that I've been on a hiatus for a while. As you know I was  really busy with my course on my latest posts and I was also not feeling so well because of the nausea I had on the start of my pregnancy. I felt much better later in my pregnancy, but I was still busy with my studies and daily life~ Hehe... That's me while studying.. :p (I don't own the picture) Okay so my blog was supposed to be about my journey while studying fashion design, but I saw that I couldn't keep you updated at the same time as I was studying because there was no time. So do you want to know where in my journey I'm right now??  I actually finished my studies for becoming a fashion designer in the end of June!!  XD Yeay! Lol it maybe surprised you... But yes, I actually finished my studies but there was some changes that happened. If you've read my previous posts you know that I was supposed to study a...
